    [OC] A heatmap of all the black squares on the NYT Crossword and Mini

    I made a youtube video about the statistics and data of the NYT Crossword:

    These are some of the visual outcomes from the analysis.

    I used a Manim python script for the images and NYT Games archive to get all of the available crosswords. I limited the heatmaps to just the 15×15 and 5×5 patterns.

      I thought that NYT crosswords are supposed to have rotational symmetry, but the numbers suggest otherwise. Does that mean they have crosswords that violate this rule?
