don’t take it personally, but I think it’s a shame that my taxes were spent on your country instead of mine. it’s a shame our soldiers died in your country, instead of defending theirs. I respect you as a human being but I feel no affinity towards you and your countrymen. I’d prefer if all this effort were directed to make my own country better, my nation stronger, and my fellow citizens happier.
