I think Finnish ads are on next level. Remember this one from the past. And the exact attitude and spirit of the main character. So good, so spot on and funny. In general Finns know how to capture that dry, slightly awkward, no nonsense humor that somehow makes everything even funnier. It’s never overacted or forced, just painfully real in the best way.
There’s always this certain confidence in their ads, like they don’t try too hard, and that’s exactly why it works. Finnish ads never feel like they’re selling you something because the humor comes first and it’s always rooted in these specific personality types. The characters feel authentic, the timing is perfect, and the whole thing just lands effortlessly. You watch it and think: "yeah, I know this person."

What did he say?
Looking at this ad makes one wonder if milk is the reason milky boy Teemu has gone full retard in later years..
Äh, I hoped this would be full compilation of those, with Lemmy.
Would be nice to have this with english subtitles so I could share it around to my non-finnish friends.
Finnish ads used to be fun in the past. Nowadays they are just plain crap.
I agree – while for the most part Finland just has the same ads as everybody these days, there was a time when we had the most innovative and original TV clips ever!
Does anyone else remember “The very last day of Big Hat Joe”?
