In 2011 my sister was killed by her husband before killing himself. To this day questions linger.

This is an incredibly heartbreaking story. I hope he gets the answers he seeks only sometimes you’ve got to find the ‘space’ to accommodate those which cannot.

It really needs to be the case that if you’re declared mentally impaired enough to not stand trial properly in cases like this where you committed a serious crime, you’re put in an involuntary psychiatric facility. If during that time you “get better” then you serve the rest of your sentence in gaol

I would happily help crowd fund whatever this husband and father wanted to do next.

The reasons why? Male sexual entitlement that positions men as gods and women as slave objects.

His daughter, having witnessed her mother be stabbed to death. If she grows up to fight for women’s rights she will be welcomed by the Australian public by men calling her sexist names aggressively and creating AI pornography of her.

This is the position women and girls are in in this country.

I will never stop fighting for women’s rights due to similar injustices towards my own mother and I am treated with disdain and aggression and abuse for caring about women and girls.

I plead with all people. Stop using sexist language. Stop using the B and C word and pull up others for it. Talk to everyone about sexism and what can be done to end it. Talk to everyone about racism and what can be done to end it. Prejudice kills full stop and our progression and peace as a society and human species depends on our abilities to progress forward and stop hating. Women and girls rights are human rights.

There are times like this that I think Australia has an injustice system instead of a justice system.
