Well… we have the boy for you: Teddy is a very special case. Being very shy by nature, he needs time, patience, and a kind heart to allow him to unfold and be the beautiful cat that he is. And unfold he will definitely do in the right home – as he’s already shown with a previous foster, learning to accept gentle pats, roll about and play.
To help him settle for good, we’re seeking a calm, permanent home where he won’t need to keep adjusting to new environments. We’ll support you every step of the way as he learns to trust and feel safe.

Teddy loves other cats 😻 so a calm, peaceful household with one or two friendly cats would suit him best. Experience with timid cats – or a willingness to follow guidance – will give him what he needs.
Teddy may take time, but the bond you build with him will be incredibly special 🤗
Teddy has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus but don’t let that stop you for a micro-second. Cats with FIV can and do live long and healthy lives. He will need to be kept indoor only to protect his slightly weaker immune system.

He’s gorgeous! My FIV positive girl has shown me it’s nothing to be afraid of. Sadly my dog isn’t a good pairing for a shy cat
