Huh, today I learned that “Stefanka” and “Miodownik” are two different but very similar looking cakes.

Nice stefanka and wuzetka. Sernik also looks decent. But the pączki, hmm, did you bake them in oven? It is not how it should be. Pączki are deep fried, and should have a light-colored ring halfway up, which indicates that the dough has risen properly.

Looking good. Give the pączki another try, they should be the size of a medium apple. They’re a bit tough to get perfectly round.
Otherwise, it all looks OG. I’d recommend karpatka next. Its a spectacular looking cake that tastes even better.
