      I found a backpack in a similar situation once. I spent a long time trying to figure out what to do with it. Finally, I picked it up. As soon as I touched it, a guy came out of nowhere and said “that’s mine”

      Best move: Nearest police station.

      Usual move: If it has id’s and bank cards in, but no cash – someone found it before you.

      Bad Georgian move: If it has no id’s in, and has cash – keep it 🙂

      If it has any other cards without visible identification take it to nearest police station.

      If it has a bank card, you can go to the nearest branch and they can contact the owner.
