Owner of the blue Mercedes would rather beep at the Amazon van for 20 minutes instead of just reversing and using the entrance as the exit 🤷

It’s not even this one incident – it’s more that lately I’ve noticed drivers seem to get confused or panic any time they’re faced with something outside of normal, straightforward driving.

The Amazon van is 100 percent at fault here though. Who the fuck parks like that.

Maybe they had time to kill and wanted to prove a point to the driver? Still dumb, but understandable.

  3. Why is the person being blocked in the one being called out here and not the Amazon driver who’s blocking an exit. They’re not an ambulance

Am I wrong, or are they already trying to use the entrance as the exit? the arrow’s pointing inwards

  5. The Amazon van isn’t meant to just park in front of the exit like that. Using the entry as an exit could cause an accident. The Mercedes shouldn’t have to put themselves in danger because of the van driver.

  6. “I’m in the right and you are wrong” is Australia driver mentality. Only need to look at Dashcan owners Australia on YouTube for all the avoidable accidents by people who were in the right continuing to drive in to an accident instead of slowing down, stopping or avoiding it as it’s their right of way.

Amazon driver clearly in the wrong but like you say, why sit on the horn for 20 mins when can reverse back and be on your way.

  7. Amazon truck is 100% at fault, not giving a shit about anyone else. I understand what OP is saying also. The merc has two choices, make a scene and throwing a tantrum, or find an alternate solution and go on with your day.

Taking first world problems to new levels.

Yes, very shitty parking by the Amazon driver.

Also yes, there are ways to adapt and easily exit so you can still be on your merry way if you prefer not to stand there and wait.

If Merc driver has genuinely been sitting there honking for 20 minutes, I’d like to think she’s doing it to make a point and not because she can’t figure out what else to do.

  9. The Amazon driver should be fined, no doubt.

That said, I also don’t see a point in wasting a whopping 20 minutes to make a point, when there’s a big enough gap behind the van for the mercedes to pass through.

  10. This scenario reminds me of the car puzzle game Rush Hour. If only the lady was driving a white Mercedes icecream truck! lol

So bad and it’s getting worse. This tool not backing up and driving off?! Because he doesn’t have the “skill” to do it or he’s an entitled twat? Bad form.

If delivery drivers parked legally you wouldn’t get anything delivered.

  12. fair enough you couldn’t POSSIBLY fit that merc through that tiny gap. they drive amongst us
