Taking inspiration from the previous post on old Khot. I would love to see something like this even a small scale of it take off in Armenia. New spots need to be developed. Nor Khot.

as a Syuneci, please don’t turn this into another Garni Geghard with weird and bad restaurants and trash around. it needs to stay as untouched as possible. talked about more? maybe
It would look really nice. Reminds me of the model villages we have in Oxfordshire, UK. Culturally rich and impressive sights.
