It is actually good, as Flanders is literally running out of land and the region needs to cut construction of new single family houses with gardens and transition towards apartment buildings with at least 4-6 floors.
It is a simple math, you can only pack so many people with so little land. Netherlands is facing the same issue, but they reacted to it already years ago (clear priority towards apartments, more high-rise buildings etc.).

But this isn’t a bad thing? We shouldn’t be using up more land if possible.

Typical that they ask for registration fee reduction.
Every reduction they can then put in their own pockets of course… Just like last time

Embuild…. Always whining but they are the first to raise prices and put any efficiency savings in their own pockets.

Geeft n enorm verpauperde uitstraling.
