    Sounds like the cause was identified prior to the explosion. At least we know early on it’s unlikely to be terrorism. I’m sure the media speculation would have been rough to sit through if we had to wait for an investigation to know if it was an accident or not.

    It sure is inconvenient that our oil processing infrastructure with its relatively clean safely record catches fire at the same time our country isn’t immediately jumping to the aid of our Cool Intelligent American friends in their Middle East adventure
