Brief case:

Alex Karp, founder and director of Palantir, has discreetly established a company in Denmark through complex company structures with connections to Delaware and Liechtenstein. The company, Rosenhaven Holdings ApS, was founded in 2022 and aims to deal with and rent out properties, but does not yet own any.

Karp has deployed approx. DKK 80 million in the company, which so far only generates interest income. The director is the Maltese Stefano James Oragano, who also lives in Denmark, but neither he nor Karp wanted to comment on the company’s plans.

Rosenhaven Holdings is managed through a Delaware LLC, which provides a high degree of anonymity and tax benefits. In addition, an address is registered in Liechtenstein, known for its favorable privacy and tax rules. The company’s Danish address is at Sheltons Relocation in Copenhagen, but the activities are still limited to capital contributions and minor administrative expenses.

  2. Så vidt jeg ved har Palantir da også et salgskontor i Danmark for deres erp software.

  3. Skal vi ikke snart stoppe det masseopkøb af ejendomme fra investeringsselskaber til udlejling? Det er vel hovedsageligt dét der presser prisen op?
