  1. Does he get to sue for $10 billion? Or only Trump gets to sue for that much?

Trying to figure out what the new laws are here.

  2. “Bring your checkbook” the Director of the FBI thinks you need your checkbook at a defamation hearing. Or any hearing for that matter.

    Let that sink in.

  3. If your coworkers have to decide whether they need to use “breaching equipment” (i.e., a battering ram) to get you out of a locked room because of your drinking, then it’s way past time for an intervention.

  4. Define excessive drinking. Because Kash can do even more than he currently is, it’s just a normal drinking amount currently.

Only qualification for the job was he wouldn’t investigate Trump. Hopefully the article is right and his days are numbered. One of the worst things about maga are the total clowns put into the most sensitive positions in government.

Imagine the discovery hearing, and you know this lawsuit will never, ever reach an open court hearing. Ever.

Threatening to sue and actually suing are two very different things.  If he actually felt like the story was false, he’d sue and not just threaten it.

When kash wakes up and sees how this news broke 19 hours ago, he’s going to feel extra hung over

  10. Meanwhile… not one headline dedicated to how national security is at risk… Republicans really don’t seem to care if our adversaries are a threat or not.

This genius thinks that he’s somehow going to Valhalla, so I guess from that perspective he’s practically an ascetic monk.

Hey Kash, lawsuit means discovery, testifying under oath. Are you ready for that?
