    The former prime minister of Romania, Marcel Ciolacu, current head of the Buzău County Council, the man who led Romania to bankruptcy through the generalized robbery practiced by his government, owns 4 apartments worth over 10 million euros at One Herăstrău Towers through an offshore company, American Allied Capital LLC. Mr. Ciolacu looted the country to his heart’s content and now he is enjoying the stolen millions. The height of irony is that no one had the courage to expose these things. Investigations are stopped on command and no one tells Romanians the truth.
