In the decree approved yesterday by the Senate, a majority amendment introduces compensation for the lawyer who assists migrants with voluntary repatriations. The National Bar Council dissociates itself from the law: “The Chamber must intervene. We are not consulted in the drafting and it does not fall within our competence”. The forensic congress body proclaims a state of agitation against the novelty: “The rights of migrants are being undermined”. The political reactions: “We are one step away from Trump’s Ice”.

Mi rendo conto che è un decreto legge, ma sembra illegale pagare l’avvocato di qualcuno per un esito specifico, come fa a garantire l’interesse del cliente se c’è un potenziale interesse economico diverso?
