I read somewhere that his father got dementia and was extremely belligerent and difficult to manage when he was insisting that he continue to work at the office.
They eventually got a sealed off part of the office block and had a psychiatric nurse and some medical staff if I recall, dress up as secretary and random office staff. Phone that was not connected to the outside.
God help us if Donald is going the same way.
