I genuinely believe at this point they have a daily system in place:
1) He wakes up at whatever time he randomly wakes up at in the morning. Immediately informs his handlers of it who then come to his room.
2) His handlers hand him any medication he needs and wait for it all to kick in before doing some kind of cognitive test to see how coherent and clearly he’s able to speak on that day plus how well he moves/walks once out of bed.
3) If he looks remotely anywhere close to “ok” they let him attend meetings, do some press and then whatever circlejerking event they have lined up so he can hear people cheer for him that day.
4) If he looks and sounds like shit that morning, they hide him away and don’t let him do anything or be seen by anyone to not break the illusion that he’s fine.
The fact that he can now go days without showing his face as the fucking *President* tells me his health actually *is* in decline. But unfortunately the best healthcare in the world afforded to him will keep him alive until he’s 100.
