Today, while visiting, I had to press a few buttons on the intercom, and suddenly I encountered a familiar melody. I racked my brain a little, and it dawned on me that this is a melody from the Libyan folk poem “Pūt, Vējiņi!”. It was a real surprise for me – I even felt a little dose of patriotism and nostalgia, knowing that this device was manufactured in Latvia, our country. So I wanted to share with you.
But the intercom itself is a mystery. Who had produced it? When was it produced?
I looked for information on the Internet – I didn’t find anything. If you know something more – share it!
