And once again, our country made a decision to start road works the day before the holiday! And as a reason, kilometer-long queues were formed, it took more than an hour and a half to get from Bar to Sutomore.
Our people will never learn, they will never understand that these works are completed in the off-season, when there are no holidays, in the third shift…irreparable
