Game of Thrones for tv show (what was filmed here)…..Intermission for film.
Not a one you see mentioned often but [Martina Cole’s The Take](https://youtu.be/IaDhXmO_AVw?is=m2-_WuTEjEaFAjV4) was the first big thing that launched Tom Hardy, around the same thing that he did Bronson. A lot of it was filmed in Dublin as a stand in for London.
If you haven’t seen it, I’d give it a watch. Pretty sure they’re all up on YouTube.

I think Foundation is partially filmed here, so was Nightflyers (both in old Dell factory in Limerick)
Wednesday. They moved from Bulgaria to Wicklow for season 2. I’ve seen some of the crew (not the actors though) at my work. I’ve seen some of the Vikings crew as well, including those for the upcoming Bloodaxe show.

Dylan Moran and Michael Caine are struggling actors who use their acting skills to swindle Dublin gangsters out of their money.
“Song of the sea” is a fantastic and beautiful animated film about Irish folklore. “The book of kells” and “wolf walkers” are made by the same folks and are also definitely worth a watch.
Hmmm …. maybe *The Boys from County Hell.*
