      Your invoice has a list of things and their prices. Check it out. You are probably doing something that is not included in the subscription.

      Expect to be scammed out of your money with this company. Its probably fine print somewhere and 100% legal but in a scummy way

      Screenshot the actual invoice if you want someone to be able to tell you what you’re paying extra for. The screenshot you added is useless. It would also help in recommending other plans for you if we know what you’re spending that much on.

      This is pretty cheap, and has free calls, text, and data included.
      You have called some service numbers that cost money.

      This is not Elisa charging you, the money goes to the owners of the service numbers. Elisa does not control the price that these service numbers charge. It costs the same if you would call them from DNA, Telia, heck, even AT&T.

      It is just billed as a part of your phone bill rather than from your credit card directly.
