The gentleman who gives the signal for the departure of the train waited a few minutes after the scheduled departure time at the Central Station today so that everyone who could arrive could board.
It seemed to me that he clearly wanted people not to be left standing in the cold and rain, wet, waiting for the next train.
In some EU countries, you can wait if someone is running for a train or other public transport, while in our country we often encounter drivers suddenly closing the door in front of their faces and leaving.
Honestly, I thought this was a very nice human gesture. I think he deserves praise because someone showed understanding, will and humanity.

Desilo mi se dok sam išo u srednju nastava završava u 13:00 a vlak kreće oko 13:10 žurim ja vidim vlak stoji potrčo on taman kreće i kako sam istrčo na stanicu usporava on i stane valjda me strojovođa vidio dan danas neznam zašto je stao no svakako sam mu bio zahvalan
A ceka kad vec i tak kasni 30 min.
