It is a recurring issue. Blocked the number before but they keep on finding ways to send me this message. They send it to my iMessage.

Doesn’t seem like a scam. Sender ID is regulated as of this year and [myhoas.fi](http://myhoas.fi) is registered to Helsingin seudun opiskelija-asuntosäätiö sr.
Have you checked if you have some outstanding payments?
I suggest you pay heed to this. do not click on the link in the message, instead login via
[https://hoas.fi/en/contact/online-services/#:~:text=MyHoas%20%E2%80%93%20Tenant%20services](https://hoas.fi/en/contact/online-services/#:~:text=MyHoas%20%E2%80%93%20Tenant%20services)
and make sure you don’t have any outstanding payments
One month I forgot to pay my bill, I ignored the alert and also thought it’s a scam. I know around Europe there are some scam services active. Then one day I received a letter in inbox. It was from Lowell, then I checked my bank statement from the pending payment month and found out actually I didn’t pay on that month.
Those are not scam messages, Hoas always sends a message on the 13th of the month if you have rent debt.
