      How does their payment system work? Do they get commissions or bonuses for a successful prosecution?

    2. This position can only be held by people who would not benefit from this change, not a surprise in Japan, where the law is used to punish people who can’t afford to go to trial, while people with money and influence don’t really get any punishment (like everywhere else of course).
