Google Images identified it as an [SE6000 Squirrel Resistant Suet Palace](https://shopbackyardbirdcenter.com/products/squirrel-resistant-suet-palace). It lets small birds peck away at a suet block in peace without larger birds and squirrels pushing their way in and hogging the goods.
Wow, looked like a huge person cage onnthe lawn.
