You’d think it’d be a top priority to get rid of a Nazi pedophile who was begging to get onto Epstein’s island but whatdoiknow

    2. Four things that have ruined America:

      Exemption, Exception, Immunity and Impunity.

    3. He’s brought every brand he touches into disrepute – but that’s not something he needs to worry about.. Its just SpaceX/Tesla shareholders and his kids that should have a problem.

It’s because he wants the company to have an even more limp dick than his own.

So we’ll soon have about 2 trillion of market cap tied to one drugged up heartbeat across Tesla and SpaceX

This also has to be because of his weird scheme of ownership where SpaceX owns -> XAI which owns -> Twitter right? And he doesn’t want SpaceX shareholders trying to get him to sell those vanity assets.

In a normal and functionally healthy system this would be illegal as it constitutes fraud. What the fuck is the point of investors if those investors have no actual power other than just taking their money on false pretenses. You know, fraud.

    8. FUCK elon “the asshole” musk. In any just society he’d be in jail now.

    9. Not defending Musk, but this isn’t anything new. IIRC, Zuckerberg and Evan Spiegel (Snapchat), both have similar set ups. Also, companies like Ford and Levi’s had (possibly still have) a similar set up to ensure a large porting of the voting power always stays with their family no matter how much of the company they own.

There’s a long list of reasons I wouldn’t invest in a Musk company and while this is on there, it’s pretty low.

    10. Well, he has to go down with the ship when we cut all his federal contracts keeping him afloat, after all.

Well he’s using the same split class structure as Berkshire Hathaway and Meta among many others

    13. A crony board pierces the corporate veil and removes his liability protections. Just sayin.

Given his history of insane behavior and endless controversies, it’s obvious why he wants to make sure he’s completely untouchable. No responsible board would ever tolerate a CEO like him.

He wants another trillion dollars pay day & he wants to be safe from fireing..
why would anyone invest in that kind of deals in a company.. A stock are worthless for the peasants & B stocks are for people that matters..

Cam he really get any more arogant?
