You should be required to attend mandatory training and pass an exam to own certain breeds. I know Bully XLs are banned now, but I can’t help thinking owners are 90% of the problem, not the dogs. The only difference is if a Chihuahua snaps it isn’t going to do much damage.

Animal abuse should result in automatic prison time.
So sad to read that the poor dog was put down for being a banned breed after all she went through. Unbelievably sad. RIP Chicago.
1. Dog licences with DNA samples should be law
2. Anyone whose registered dog attacks a person should be charged with assault/ABH/GBH/manslaughter as appropriate.
People that own XL Bullys tend to be pretty crappy individuals so it’s unsurprising tbh
As much as I wish these dogs didn’t exist there is absolutely no need for that. Shows the type of person to own them
