Can someone explain in human language whether this matter is really as ridiculous as it looks?
I live abroad but have noticed people online complaining about Samfylking and Degi Eggertsson. My elderly parents voted for the Independence Party for the first time in their lives, and like to point to this land issue as an example of how Dagur has messed up a lot and given billions to friends and family.
I know that Dagur is not for everyone, but somehow I thought he was an honest man who was a victim of other party’s propaganda. Is it a misunderstanding?

Að því að mér skilst þá er þessi frétt í meginatriðum rétt.
Það sem ég set spurningamerki við í öllu þessu er hversu mikið af þessu er Degi að kenna. Vissulega var hann borgarstjóri á þessum tíma, en það voru embættismenn á vegum Reykjavíkurborgar sem gerðu þessa saminga við olíufélögin. Þetta hljómar allt eins og klúður oná klúður og Reykvíkingar tapa á því.
