I was brewing kotikalja and researching more ingredients to spice it up with from what i saw here on my last post. Then i found sahti again, https://yle.fi/a/3-8007010 Could this work? Specifically the part about 2 buckets, i don’t have fancy brewing equipment, only pots and kettles. But 2 plastic buckets i do have. So this should work yes?
Been thinking about brewing sahti. Would this recipe work?

Yeah that would work fine. Just take care of hygiene.
Just make sure you wash and sanitize them thoroughly
Check also the recipes and the recommendation by Mika Laitinen.
He’s a true sahti and farmhouse beer expert and researcher.
