I’m living in Differdange since last year and today I noticed this flying thing from hell bumping against my window. Should I be worried or should burn the house down and move countries? I don’t mind losing the deposit :’)

European hornets are actually rather docile. I’d put it outside. Sure it is a hornet and not a wasp? It seems small without something to size it and the colours seem off.

These are fine. Be glad it’s not an Asian hornet, those fuckers are all over my place in the south in summer.
