Please contact me I’m from socar gas company. This is probably your gas provider and they need numbers from your usage counter machine (dunno the name for it)
They are telling you to contact them, they are from company called “Socar gas” probably your natural gas provider in your apartment
They are threatening to inflate you with socar gas if you dont pay
