      The first one was written by Sessions in rebuttal to the Keepseagle settlement.

      One can assume the reason for both of these was to stop reparations for slaves.

      Trump doing this essentially says that reparations to third parties are totally ok

      Interestingly. I don’t think SCOTUS would agree.
