    1. I see. Japanese CEOs rarely get convictions, déraillement of character, thrown in the slammer, however if the CEO is a World Citizen… No evidence is needed, throw the book at them!

      ? Did he bring THC in or not? I thought the law was clear on this. Rich and powerful = above the law?

      This is why they have a 99% conviction rate. Decide not to prosecute is effectively a “not guilty” verdict in good ol’ Nippon. The learned it from the Americans “deciding not to prosecute” after WWII.
