Worth to notice- is not thanks to NL or Gov, is only thanks to TSUE and NSA ruling. Gov make nothing and they avoid doing something untill many other couples won in NSA/other courts.
It obviously against art. 18 of Polish constitution. It will be contested after change of government.
Poland finally joining us in 2001
