I mean yeah according to the sign, you’re good. The 4P thing is weird but I guess not your problem. Suppose it stops you from leaving it the night before and all day the next day?

Top of Elizabeth Street approaching Cleveland Street, Surry Hills. Used to live around that spot. If you don’t park there surprisingly sometimes a truck will.

    4. Why are you puzzled about enforcement of the 4 hour parking limit on Saturday?

    5. Make sure you get there at 6. I know it’s ridiculous to enforce that 4 hour limit in that 6-10 window, as you said, but I’ve been burned by the Surry Hills rangers on numerous occasions for arriving at 5:45 or 5:50. They are absolutely ruthless. I swear they hide in bushes to catch people out. They also work late so don’t think you’re safe just because it’s after normal hours!

Not hard to enforce with technology these days, drive around at 6pm and then again at 10.01pm and any vehicle still there has exceeded the 4hr limit and can be fined.

Reminds me of some places where I worked that were strictly patrolled by parking officers and we would all jump in our vehicles and swap parking spots as we saw them coming, some even went and washed the chalk off their tyres as soon as they got marked but these days in a lot of places they have the technology in a car and just have to drive past.

The 4P signs on the bottom row mean nothing and can be ignored, thus you are good to park there as long as you like between 11.30am Saturday and 7am Monday.

That’s confusing AF. wtf is only 4hr 6-10pm? Most streets it’s after 6 then no restrictions.
