Hoping at least the GTR people got a decent bonus cause they do a lot of work for the DS side even though they’re under DX technically.
They need to reward R&D more, regardless of business division

Samsung management is genius. They use Memory unit union’s greed to enlist DX employees to destroy the union.
That $4000 bonus is generous, considering the mobile division of Samsung hasn’t done well at all.
Consumer white goods industries are not nearly as profitable as the chip sector; they’re lucky to even have their jobs.
This is now a Pandora’s box that has been opened. Not just within Samsung, but everyone working for SME or Chaebol companies will demand their bonuses to match those of Samsung chip workers.
