A 26-year-old man was hired by Hokkaido prefecture and assigned to child welfare despite a phone call warning “don’t let him near children”. The call was not reported to upper management or shared with HR. Within a month he was arrested for indecent assault on a teenager without consent

      Well to be fair orgs get random ass messages/calls/emails all the time from bad actors; if they report every single thing I think it’s going to be a pain to manage. What they need is a better background checking process, etc.
