Well to be fair orgs get random ass messages/calls/emails all the time from bad actors; if they report every single thing I think it’s going to be a pain to manage. What they need is a better background checking process, etc.

Iircc, Japan still doesn’t have background check for teachers. They intend to change this. Intend.
