Expert Forum Report: Massive manipulation campaign underway on TikTok with pro-Georgescu, pro-AUR and anti-EU accounts amid political crisis – 52% of comments are from fake accounts, 53% of followers are empty accounts

An Expert Forum report demonstrates that, in the midst of politics triggered by the censure motion submitted by the PSD and the extremist AUR party, there is a massive mobilization on TikTok of accounts with pro-Călin Georgescu, pro-AUR and anti-EU messages.

The report shows the existence of inauthentic behavior, with tens of thousands of identical comments and accounts posting automatic fire clips to push fake and manipulative messages among users of the Chinese social media app.
