Those aren’t ATACMS.
Those appear to be Rippers used for training (GMLRS and ATACMS fire in a vertical sheath, meaning straight up and down. Firing at an angle like that is done when using unguided munitions, which we rarely do, or when using training rounds, which is likely what’s happening here.)
