What a nice, drone-like voice – not artificial at all… Quite a few things I find wrong with this clip.
I wonder if there is a single image from Sommarøy in that whole clip – of the places shown I easily recognise the Lofoten fishing villages Nusfjord, Reine, Hamnøy, and Henningsvær, as well as the city of Bergen (ca. 294,000 inhabitants – Norway’s second-biggest city – 1200 km South of Sommarøy where only a little more than 300 live); the short clip from Tromsø harbour about 1 minute into the video may well be the closest this video gets to Sommarøy. The football field where someone is playing in rain or sleet has a big construction (a viaduct, at a guess) behind it, which is not something one would see in Sommarøy, and the lawn shown being mown is also from a bigger, more urban place (and the trees look too large for Northern Norway – not sure it’s even in Norway). That little bit with the couple in the water looks like it’s filmed somewhere tropical (sea temperatures at Sommarøy are probably never higher than 10-12C, and can be as low as 4C). The town/city show right after the couple swimming is from somewhere in the Alps (looks a bit like Matterhorn in the background, and the architecture looks Swiss to me).
Also – the whole “place without time” thing isn’t true. It was a PR stunt launched in June 2019, to attract more toursim to Northern Norway. It was people involved in the PR campaign who put watches on the bridge railing, and after it was all revealed to be just a stunt, they took them down again.
