This is just location scouting, plans to build anything won’t happen until 2029. Which, these probes are still carrying scientific tests, so at least they are giving us some data no matter what happens with this base project.

Hmm, they didn’t really announce how exactly would they go on to build those bases. I’m not expecting the astronauts to hand build it themselves, I’m really curious as to how they’ll be built.
