The mere fact that a country is attacking targets within Russia—and that Russia is powerless to stop it—is simply surreal. If someone had told me five or six years ago that such a thing was possible without instantly triggering a nuclear apocalypse, I would have had them committed to a psychiatric ward. This demonstrates Russia’s extreme weakness. And to think we were so terrified of the Russian military. Russian propaganda worked perfectly—right up until Ukraine said: “Show me your cards.” It’s insane.
