I don’t see Croats on this map. Bosnia and Herzegovina were/are full of them.

Thessaloniki was 50% Jewish according to the documents pretty much until WW2, the map might be of the language preference since Turkish or Greek in that area might have been the better choice for communication, the ottoman documents kind of simplify it by calling it 1/2 Jewish, 1/4 Turkish, 1/4 Christian ( Greek and Slav 3:2 ratio +- )
