Can someone educate me how a person has the right to give my mobile number to any party to call me that I did not vote. Is it possible that this does not violate any rule of the GDPR?

That is not right but neither is having people outside polling stations telling you who to vote.

Silly boy, rules do not exist for the establishment.

Wait till you learn that your name is (illegally) within two databases held by both parties together with your political preference

If you’re asking whether something is legal maltese politics then you probably have your answer already

    6. These people are literally urging you to come out and exercise your right and also commit your duty towards the nation…

How do you expect democracy to function with no voters?

Voting and putting a middle finger is also a vote, albeit useless, its much better then signaling that you prefer netflix to democracy… it means democracy or authoritarian is ok as long as they leave you alone

Any one got a link the form they ask you to use to report on people?

To be fair this is done by both parties every election. It is normal practice that party members cross out people that go to vote from a list from outside of the premises.

    9. True but this is the first time (that I can remember) that a political party instructed their voters to directly breach data protection and provide them an official form to submit someone’s details on.

    10. I will always vote against broken promises, corruption & 0 transparency. No matter who is governing. Even if I have to change sides a thousand times.
