This in my neighborhood in Örebro. This is right outside my window. Some neighbors keep putting the trash in bags right outside the trash cans but not inside, causing the trash to be ripped apart by nearby birds and cats. This photo is taken literally from the view from my window, this trash causes terrible smell and attracts animals to settle around the neighborhood.
Now, I am not Swedish but I care a lot about keeping my community clean and frankly my Swedish is very limited, so I wanted to ask, how do I report this?

Happens sometimes when there is a lock on it. People forget the key when they go out, second hand rentors have no key, kids are sent out with the trash and so on.
Often a sign of a a not so nice neighbourhood if it happens very often.
A trash can is a very difficult machine to operate /s.
You must have some intelligence to be able to do it. Not everyone have that
It could be birds. I have seen birds do this.

I see this a lot when garbage chutes are locked or malfunctioning and people take the trash out when they are in a hurry…
Are the bins full? This happend at my EXs apartment alot people with leaving trashbags outside cus it was full and then animals getting to them in the night.
I think the förening ot whatever its called when its a student apartment didint have trash pickup as much as needed.
People however would leave mattrasses and electronics and whatever in the soprum aswell so they didint really care.
Could it be that the containers are full and that is why people leave the trash outside?

I see this a lot. It is when a homeless/roma person searches for stuff in the trash. Then they don’t close it properly and the birds are there to dig up stuff.
When you make it hard to throw garbage properly, some people wont bother to do it properly.
