It could just be factual.
We have an expensive commission that will send out a public tender to replace it with another broken one but with bluetooth, installed by a friend of a local PS politician that will receive the other tenders the day before closing..
Edit: if you feel offended cause i used PS, replace it with any other political party. They are all the same anyway.
