Where to get an “industrial” ear piercing?

Hello people,

I would like to do an industrial ear piercing, like in the picture. Given that this already works as a science because we are in CG – do you have recommendations for someone who does this well, so I don’t screw myself up because I wanted to be a little more crazy and drill two holes in the cartilage?

I’m from the coast, so if there is someone who does this well here – that would be ideal.

All recommendations for a certified piercer will be important – especially if someone has experience with piercing this type of piercing.
