Yes. They get caught and lose their licenses. Usually by speed cameras.
When the pace car pulls away, it’s go time! If you’re not first, you’re last – Ricky Bobby.
2 possibilities.
1. He knows his way around the roads, and can avoid the cameras, or slow down around them.
2. He’s stupid, but has more than enough money to do it anyway.
(Secret 3rd option). A mix of both.
