Drivers to face prison for failing to move car after minor crash

Yes of course, lets keep paying the insurance companies money, and now they don’t even have to come to an accident site. Who gives a shit if its small or not, the whole point of having insurance is for them to come when you need them, that is why we pay them lol. But they couldn’t raise their prices so they had to enshittify the service by law. Great job government for the people!

Also, by moving the cars we assume part of the liability in case something is not as simple as it may seem. I am not a professional insurer, nor a doctor, how am i supposed to assess the situation? Previously it was done by requesting road assistance. But now? I have to explain by telephone and document everything myself and assume the insurance companies wont be assholes (haha yeah right) at the end of the day? Stupid law.
