A happy trend: for the sixth year in a row, more citizens returned to Lithuania than left

The largest number of returned Lithuanian citizens per inhabitant in 2025. fixed in the municipalities of Visaginas, Palanga, Akmenė, Pagėgiai and Joniškis districts. This shows that returnees increasingly choose not only big cities, but also smaller cities and municipalities, where they find opportunities to build a life, work and raise families.
